We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you must return an item the following is our return policy.
How do I return?
- Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or visit our Return Portal to request a return. (link also in footer)
- In the email field, enter the email address associated with your order, and then click continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from southfieldfootdoctor and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the Returns Portal and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Select the order that you wish to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, please select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add a description.
- Click Request Return.
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund in the form of a southfieldfootdoctor E-Gift Card.
The following items are Final Sale and Cannot be returned:
Gift Cards, Sale Items - Items with a discount of 30% or more, seasonal items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, caps, hosiery, lingerie, intimates, handbags, bodysuits, swimwear, mystery bundle items, and personalized items.
