Copy of Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you must return an item the following is our return policy.

How do I return?

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or visit our Return Portal to request a return. (link also in footer)
  2. In the email field, enter the email address associated with your order, and then click continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from southfieldfootdoctor and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the Returns Portal and enter the six-digit verification code. 
  5. Select the order that you wish to submit the return for. 
  6. If your order has more than one item, please select the item(s) you wish to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a description.
  8. Click Request Return.
  9. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund in the form of a southfieldfootdoctor E-Gift Card.

    The following items are Final Sale and Cannot be returned:

    Gift Cards, Sale Items - Items with a discount of 30% or more, seasonal items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, caps, hosiery, lingerie, intimates, handbags, bodysuits, swimwear, mystery bundle items, and personalized items.
